Gold Star Service - Need for Vets Retreat Centers. We have short and long term problems. Are our returning Vets being properly cared for? Are we doing all we should to avoid future wars and reduce the causes of war that often stem around ignorance and poverty. This slide show presents answers to each question. The World Needs
American World Service Corps and this slide show touches on
some of the economic, political and cultural reasons why Peoples Lobby's
citizen-initiated congressional proposal need quick enactment. Draft of Financing the AWSC. Explains how some of the funding mechanisms in the proposed bill could make the AWSC program fit a pay-go standard. Certainly, implementing the AWSC would reduce the cost of what we annually pay for each of our military personnel by more than what we would spend on each AWSC volunteer. The Nuts & Bolts of how AWSC would work begins explaining how this cost effective program would dramatically improve the world's conditions.
