I am in receipt of your email to my campaign regarding my position on the fight against terrorism. I appreciate the opportunity to share with you my views.

As to Iraq, I encourage you to go to my official website and read about my plan to redeploy our troops. I call it the "Perimeter Plan", and I believe it is the first step necessary to put the future of Iraq in the hands of the Iraqis themselves, and begin to bring our troops home.

I agree that the fight against world terrorism is complex and is rooted in poverty and alienation and sectarian violence in many different countries. I will study the detailed proposal of the American World Service Corps and keep these proposals in mind, especially in my role on the House Intelligence Committee.
