Fox forwarded me your information on American World Service Corp. I am happy to endorse a program that encourages American
citizens to play a role in diplomacy and building a better world. Our youth needs opportunities - other than the military -
to serve their country. This could include building
transitional housing, planting a community garden, joining the Peace Corps,
volunteering in an ALF, et. al. and, in return, those
giving their time and energy would receive college credit.
It appears that your program has more fully
explored the mechanisms of exchange and sacrifice. My hope is we can rebuild our moral foundation
