Statement of Use for

Palm Royal Discriminatory Owner/Tenant Fee Assessment:
This account is established for those Palm Royal homeowners who do not agree that the Board of Directors of the Palm Royal Home Owners Association has the right to assess an additional $50.  per month fee on those whom the Board of Directors (BOD) deems as “owners who rent.”

 

The Palm Royal BOD (PRBOD) wants to begin assessing this discriminatory $50. monthly fee beginning January 1st 2008. 

 

The preponderance of those owners deemed by the board as  “owners who rent” whom we have contacted, believe this assessment is discriminatory.  Therefore, they will deposit this monthly $50. fee into this account until this discriminatory fee assessment is resolved.
