Article 1

1.2 Owner

An “owner shall mean and refer to the record owner, whether one or more persons or ENTITIES….. (my caps)

1.8 “Member” shall mean and refer to every person or entity who by virtue or ownership of a Condominium hold membership in the Association.

Article 2 Intention and Purpose

This Declaration shall run with the land and shall be binding on Declarant, its successors and assigns, and all owners of all or any part of the Palm Royal, together with their GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, OR ASSIGNS. (my caps)

Article 3 Restriction

3.14 Tenants

All owners leasing or renting their Units shall notify the Board of Directors in writing of the names of all members of families occupying such Unit and of the address where the Owner resides if not within the project.
